Role Overview: Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a compassionate Family Violence Case Worker to join our dedicated team in Werribee. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide advocacy, referral, and support to individuals and families experiencing family violence. πŸ—£οΈπŸ’Ό
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualised support plans based on clients' needs. πŸ“
  • Deliver short, medium, and long-term casework, offering ongoing support and assistance as required. 🌟
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate wrap-around services for clients. 🀝
  • Conduct outreach as required to ensure accessibility and inclusivity for all community members. πŸš—
  • Maintain accurate and confidential case records in accordance with organisational policies and procedures. πŸ”’πŸ“‹

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelors qualifications and experience in social work, psychology, counselling, or a related field. πŸŽ“
  • Demonstrated understanding of the dynamics of family violence and its impact on communities. πŸ’‘
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. πŸ’¬πŸ€
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team. 🌟
