​I started my career in the beauty industry, I was passionate about making people feel good and loved doing hands on work. After 10 years there, I started to look for a different direction and decided to have a career change. I began working in a HR&OHS company as a sales consultant and found after years of talking and connecting to people in beauty, I picked it up quickly. While I enjoyed parts of my sales role, I wanted to get into a role where I was helping people more and had been interested in recruitment for a while. Supporting both the Family Service Social Work sector and helping people find jobs has been a fantastic for me and I'm loving it!
