๐ŸŒŸ Experienced Orange Door Practitioners - WFH Opportunity! ๐ŸŒŸ

We're seeking skilled Orange Door Practitioners to join a dynamic team providing critical support to individuals and families.

๐Ÿ•’ Hours: 0.8 EFT to Full-Time, contacts starting from 1 month duration
๐Ÿ  Work Flexibility: Fully WFH opportunity
๐Ÿ’ฐ Hourly Rate: $61-$64 per hour + super

What We're Looking For

โœ”๏ธ Minimum 6 months experience working at The Orange Door (mandatory) - applications without this experience will not be considered
โœ”๏ธ Expertise in family violence, child well-being, or working with Persons Using Violence (PUV)
โœ”๏ธ Strong knowledge of The Orange Door Framework
โœ”๏ธ Ability to deliver comprehensive assessments, safety planning, and referrals

What You'll Do

  • Provide intake and triage services to families in need
  • Deliver culturally informed, client-centered interventions
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safety and wellbeing
