โณ Employment Type: Project-based contracts starting from 2 months (with potential for extension)
๐ฐ Salary: $61 - $64 per hour + super
Looking for flexible project work in family violence and child wellbeing services?
Tradewind is seeking experienced Orange Door Practitioners to join the Virtual Hub. This fully remote role allows you to work collaboratively and deliver critical services to clients while enjoying the flexibility of working from home.
About the Role
- Conduct intake and risk assessments for individuals and families impacted by family violence or child wellbeing concerns.
- Provide brief interventions and referrals to promote safety and stability.
- Work with both victim-survivors and Persons Using Violence (PUV) to address risk and ensure safety.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team via virtual platforms to deliver comprehensive client care.
- Support diverse communities across Victoria.

Requirements:
โ Mandatory: At least 6 months of prior experience working at The Orange Door Hub. Applications will be rejected if this requirement is not met.
โ Mandatory: Must meet REC209 compliance.
โ Relevant qualifications in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
