- Hours: Full-time, with 1 day WFH after training.
- Start Date: ASAP.
About the Role
As an Orange Door Practitioner, you will:
โ๏ธ Complete intake, comprehensive assessments, and immediate support.
โ๏ธ Provide referrals for Aboriginal clients seeking family violence and child wellbeing services.
โ๏ธ Deliver trauma-informed, culturally appropriate care.
โ๏ธ Work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
What We're Looking For
๐ Must meet Recommendation 209 compliance. Bachelors of Social work or simular
๐ช Experience in Family Violence or working with Aboriginal communities (ideally both).
๐ Strong understanding of trauma-informed practice.
