๐ Support and Safety Hub Practitioner - Frankston Hub ๐
Work with Men Who Use Violence to Support Safer Communities ๐จ
Tradewind, Australia's leading community services recruitment agency, is looking for an experienced Support and Safety Hub Practitioner to join the Frankston Hub, working with men who use violence. This role will focus on assessing and triaging referrals, providing timely responses to ensure the safety and wellbeing of women and children.
What You'll Do:
- Assess and triage referrals for men who use violence
- Deliver timely, trauma-informed responses to ensure the safety of women and children
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to support clients
- Work within a multidisciplinary team at the Frankston Hub to support safer communities
What We're Looking For:
- A Bachelor of Social Work or equivalent
- Experience working at The Orange Door ๐
- Strong understanding of trauma-informed practices and working with men who use violence
- Excellent case management and assessment skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary under VHIA Agreement Grade 2 ($85,020 - $97,708 + super + salary packaging)
- Full-time role until June 30, 2025, with 1 day per week work from home flexibility
