๐ฐ Rate: $67.30 per hour (SCHADS Level 6.1)
An opportunity has opened for a Family Violence Team Lead to provide leadership and direction to a team of 5-6 Family Violence Case Managers while managing a complex caseload of approximately 6-7 clients.

- Contract Length: 3 months, with potential to extend or transition to permanent.
- Hours: Full-time.
- Start Date: ASAP.
About the Role
As the Team Lead, you will:
โ๏ธ Provide supervision, guidance, and support to your team of case managers.
โ๏ธ Hold a small, complex caseload, ensuring high-quality, trauma-informed service delivery.
โ๏ธ Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.
โ๏ธ Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and legislation.
What We're Looking For
๐ Relevant qualifications in social work, family violence, or related fields.
๐ช Proven leadership experience in family violence or related sectors.
๐ Ability to manage a complex caseload while supporting and supervising a team.
๐บ While female candidates are preferred, we welcome applications from male practitioners with the right experience.
