This is an Aboriginal-identified position under section 12 of the Equal Opportunity Act 2010, designed to ensure culturally safe and empowering support for Aboriginal families. Join the Aboriginal team at the Croydon Orange Door Hub and help create positive change for families impacted by family violence and child wellbeing challenges.

What You'll Do
- Conduct culturally informed intake and comprehensive assessments.
- Provide immediate supports, referrals, and holistic care for Aboriginal families.
- Strengthen outcomes through trauma-informed practices and collaboration.
- Be a trusted ally for families on their path to safety and wellbeing.
What We're Looking For
๐ Must meet Recommendation 209 compliance.
๐ช Direct experience in Family Violence or Aboriginal community work (ideally both).
๐ Deep understanding of cultural safety and trauma-informed approaches.
๐ผ A commitment to upholding cultural identity and community connection.
What We Offer
โจ SCHADS 5 salary: $97,000 - $101,000.
