- ๐ Location: Shepparton (Onsite, 1 day per fortnight WFH for full-time staff)
- ๐ Work Flexibility: Full-time (part-time 0.8 EFT options available) ๐ฐ Salary: $85,000 - $91,000 + Super + Salary Packaging ๐ Contract: Ongoing
- Are you passionate about supporting victim-survivors of family violence? Tradewind, the leading community services recruitment agency, is seeking Family Violence Case Managers to provide comprehensive case management and support services.
โจ Key Responsibilities:
Provide case management support to victim-survivors of family violence
Address mental health, AOD, housing, and financial assistance needs
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic support
Advocate for client safety and long-term wellbeing
๐ What We're Looking For:
- Experience in family violence case management OR experience in family services, AOD, homelessness, or youth case management
Willing to support REC209 upskilling, including 5 days study leave and partial/full course funding
Passion for working in the family violence sector and supporting vulnerable communities

Relocation Assistance: $3,500 upfront + $1,000 after 12 months + referral to a Community Connector Program for relocation support
