Duration: 3 months (Potential to extend or move to a permanent contract)
๐ผ Classification: SCHADS Level 4
๐ฐ Pay Rate: $53.84 - $56.67 per hour (depending on experience)
Are you passionate about supporting Aboriginal families and making a real impact in the community? ๐ Tradewind Recruitment, the leading community services recruitment agency, is seeking 2 x Locum Family Services Practitioners to join a dynamic team in Chirnside Park!
Your Role:
You'll be providing critical support to Aboriginal families, addressing complex needs that impact children's wellbeing. Your goal? To strengthen family networks and help prevent children from entering the Child and Family Welfare system.
โจ Key Responsibilities:
Work flexibly across the AFPR and IFS teams, supporting where needed
Engage with families to identify strengths and areas of need
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver holistic support
๐ What We're Looking For:
Ideally, experience in Child, Youth & Family (CYF) services
A minimum diploma qualification in community services or related field
At least 1 year of relevant experience
Strong cultural awareness and commitment to working with Aboriginal families
