Tradewind, Australia's leading community services recruitment agency, is seeking experienced and qualified Family Service and Family Violence Practitioners to relocate to various regional areas across Australia. What You'll Do:
- Provide support and case management to families and individuals impacted by family violence and other complex challenges
- Deliver interventions that promote safety, stability, and positive outcomes for families
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external agencies to ensure comprehensive service delivery
- Manage your own caseload, working with families to develop tailored support plans
- Work closely with local communities to address family needs and build sustainable, positive outcomes
What We're Looking For:
- A minimum Diploma qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Community Services, or a related field
- Minimum of one year of experience in family services, family violence, or case management in related fields (e.g., youth, AOD, homelessness, mental health)
- Proven experience in case management and direct service delivery
- A passion for supporting families and making a positive impact on regional communities

- Competitive salary packages ranging from $97,000 - $119,000 (depending on the role) + super + salary packaging options
