THE ORGANISATION

THE ROLE
- Lead the design and implementation of training programs, both online and face-to-face, for staff and sector partners.
- Develop resources that enhance staff capabilities, aligned with organisational goals and community needs.
- Oversee the staff induction process, emphasising cultural awareness and service excellence.
- Collaborate with internal teams to review and enhance learning materials.
- Project manage learning initiatives to meet quality, compliance, and accreditation standards.
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
- Experience in designing and delivering learning programs, ideally within social or community services.
- Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Knowledge of Learning Management Systems and modern course development tools.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
- Deep understanding of issues affecting Aboriginal communities, with a commitment to culturally respectful practices.
- Must hold/be willing to obtain Working With Children's Check, Ciminal History check and VIC Driver's Licence
