- Full-time, ongoing contract including 11 additional wellbeing days per year
- Relocate to the seaside town Warrnambool
We are recruiting for a Team Leader to manage a specialist Family Services team in the beautiful seaside town of Warrnambool.
This role will oversee and manage a team of seven case managers across program spaces including Integrated Family Services, Family Preservation and Reunification, Finding Solutions and Adolescent Support. You will be responsible for overseeing quality service delivery, clinical supervision, and day-to-day operations of the program.
You must have:
- A tertiary qualification in Social Work or related discipline.
- Experience and understanding of working with vulnerable children, young people and their families, particularly clients within the child protection system
- Demonstrated experience in team leadership or management, as well as an ability to use initiative, thinking laterally and strategically.
- Experience in supporting staff through supervision, mentorship, and coaching.
- Expert experience in relevant legislation, theories, and frameworks pertaining to the child protection system
You will also have or be willing to obtain a Victorian Drivers Licence, Police Check, a Working with Children's Check, and be able to provide 2 professional referees.
