We are currently seeking five dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to join our business dedicated to improving the sector and provide exceptional service in the disability sector working across Sydney. As a Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in providing essential care, assistance, and support to our clients, allowing them to lead fulfilling lives and achieve their personal goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing direct support to individuals with disabilities in their daily activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
- Assisting clients with community participation, social outings, and recreational activities.
- Implementing individualized support plans and ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of clients at all times.
- Building positive relationships with clients, families, and stakeholders to promote a supportive and inclusive environment.
- Documenting client progress and maintaining accurate records as required.
Essential Requirements:
- Experience in the disability sector or a related field is preferred but not essential.
- Car, NSW driver's license, and up-to-date insurance (essential)
- NDIS clearance, WWC, Police checks, or willingness to obtain them. (essential)
- First Aid Certificate & CPR (essential)
