Job Description

Attention First Nations Social Workers across Western Australia and Queensland!

Positions available in Brisbane, Logan, Perth with more growth coming Australia-wide!

About the Role
You will provide evidence-based evaluation and intervention for a wide range of systemic barriers preventing participants from entering employment.
You will be supporting our participants to overcome their non-vocational barriers, develop resilience and job readiness. The role may also involve delivery of group training and liaising with external service providers.
The position is only open to Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander people as we understand the cultural knowledge you possess is essential in supporting our participants.
This is a permanent opportunity, offering flexible work options - possible telehealth/working from home opportunities available for the right person- Full-time, part-time available

About You
To be successful in this role you will have Degree level qualifications in a relevant Allied Health Professional field, i.e. Psychology, Counselling or Social Work.
We support people with lived experience, therefore NPC (criminal history) are assessed on a case by case basis.
