About the role:
Tradewind is seeking a passionate and dedicated Secondary Social Science teacher to join our vibrant, community-focused school located in the heart of Bondi, in Sydney's eastern suburbs. In this role, you will teach Geography, Business Studies, and Commerce to students in Years 9-12.
The school is a collaborative, high-performing Independent K-12 Co-Educational College, with approximately 1400 students and 150 staff members. We pride ourselves on fostering a dynamic and supportive learning environment, and are looking for enthusiastic, future-focused educators to join our team and contribute to our school community.

Key Duties:
- Demonstrate a genuine passion for Social Science subjects, inspiring and engaging students.
- Experience teaching Stage 6 Geography, Business Studies, and/or Commerce is required.
- Thrive in a collaborative, high-performing teaching environment.
- Develop and deliver high-quality teaching and learning programs tailored to student needs.
Skills & Experience:
- Secondary teacher qualification, with Geography, Business Studies and/or Commerce as method
- NSW Experience highly regarded
- Hold a valid and up to date NESA registration
- Hold a valid Working with Children Check
- Have unrestricted working rights in Australia
- Ability to provide contact details for two education-based references

- Term 1 2025, Full time position

- Offering of salary based is on your proven experience, with a range of $91,186 - $129,142
- Salary above MEA agreement
