A well-known not-for-profit organisation is seeking a skilled Sexual Assault Practitioner to join their Specialist Family and Relationship Services team in regional QLD- (Kingaroy)
In this role, you will:
- Deliver trauma-informed counselling to individuals of diverse backgrounds, including children, adults, and LGBTIQA+ communities.
- Facilitate group therapy sessions and workshops to promote healing and empowerment.
- Provide crisis intervention, risk assessments, and safety planning for those impacted by sexual assault.
- Collaborate with interprofessional teams and stakeholders to ensure high-quality, client-centred care.

About you:
- Tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology, or Behavioural Sciences (eligibility for professional membership preferred).
- Demonstrated experience in counselling and trauma-informed practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and conflict resolution skills.
- A valid Australian driver's licence and access to a comprehensively insured vehicle.
