As the Weekend Services Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in coordinating service delivery, supporting individuals in crisis, and ensuring the smooth operation of the centre on weekends.
What you'll be doing:
Providing tailored support and case coordination for individuals experiencing homelessness.
Supervising weekend daily operations of a small team to ensure safe, respectful, and effective service delivery.
Conducting assessments, creating action plans, and linking people with housing, health and community supports.
Engaging with internal staff, volunteers and external stakeholders to drive collaborative outcomes.
Maintaining accurate records and reporting to ensure quality and compliance with best practice frameworks.
What you'll bring:
Tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Human Services or a related field.
Experience supporting individuals impacted by homelessness, disadvantage, and complex needs.
Confidence managing operations, supervising staff, and driving service improvement.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
A commitment to trauma-informed, person-centred care and cultural safety.
