Tradewind Australia partners with service providers across the Aged Care sector to offer quality care to Victorian communities. We are currently working with a well respected not-for-profit organisation dedicated to providing responsive, compassionate and high-quality care to local communities.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Administration Officer to assist their team based at one of their larger sized homes in Melbourne's north-eastern suburbs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a small administration team to ensure excellent customer service and smooth operations.
- Develop and manage rosters in a 24/7 care environment.
- Provide administrative support to the Residential Manager.
- Maintain communication with residents, families, and stakeholders.
- Oversee office management tasks and maintain records.
- Train and support team members.
About You:
- Relevant qualifications/experience in Office Management and Administration.
- Proven experience managing rosters in a care or healthcare setting.
- Leadership experience, with the ability to allocate tasks and provide training.
- Strong computer literacy in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and rostering systems. Dayforce software experience ideally
- Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills.
