About the Role:
An exciting opportunity awaits at a well-respected Islamic school in Melbourne's West, offering Business Management for Years 9-12, including VCE. Join a vibrant learning community of approximately 1600 students (P-12) in a professional and supportive environment with excellent student behaviour.

Key duties:
- Design engaging lesson plans that align with the VCE Business Management curriculum and cater to diverse student needs and abilities.
- Evaluate student performance through assessments, exams, projects, and other forms of evaluation to monitor their understanding and progress.
- Work collaboratively with other teachers, department heads, and school leadership to align curriculum, share best practices, and support the overall academic goals of the school
- Tailor teaching methods and materials to accommodate the varied learning styles and abilities of students in the classroom.
- Creating a positive and inclusive learning and fostering respect and cooperation among students.
- Engage in ongoing professional development activities to stay updated on the latest teaching methodologies, curriculum changes, and educational trends in the field of Business Management
Skills & Experience:
- Must have unrestricted working rights in Australia
- Hold relevant qualifications in Education (4 year bachelor Degree containing minimum 1 year teaching qualifications)
- Current VIT registration
- Willingness to support the school's ethos and Islamic faith values
- Proven experience of at least 1 year's experience in VCE/Upper years Secondary in Vic/Australia
- Ability to provide two education-based references from the last 5 years, including at least one from upper management
