Are you a science teacher searching for your next permanent position? Tradewind are working with a vibrant Catholic school in Marsden Park who are looking for a science teacher to join their growing team. Join this well-respected school in a full time, permanent position starting term 4 this year. Experienced teachers and graduates are encouraged to apply.
Demonstrated Experience and Skills
- qualifications to teach science, teachers with any specialisms are invited to apply
- demonstrated strategies to cater for a variety of learners and respond to a dynamic learning environment
- desire to work as part of the wider school team
- evidence of a relational approach to colleagues, students, and parents
- effective organisation and ability to fulfil administrative and assessment requirements of a teaching role
- excellent communication skills
- ability to achieve strong academic results
- support the mission of Catholic education
Prerequisites:
- Eligibility according to the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA)
- Tertiary Qualification (minimum 4-year degree, or 75% complete)
- Valid Working with Children Check (for employment purposes)
- Have unrestricted working rights in Australia
- Ability to provide contact details for two education-based references
