Salary: $100,000-$120,000 + Super

Our multidisciplinary team works together to offer comprehensive care and support to clients, focusing on improving mental well-being and fostering positive change. We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Psychologist or Clinical Psychologist to join our team.
Job Description:
As a Registered Psychologist or Clinical Psychologist, you will provide psychological assessments, diagnoses, and evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals and groups. You will work with young clients facing a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more, helping them achieve meaningful, lasting improvements in their lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for individuals presenting with various mental health concerns.
- Develop treatment plans tailored to each client's needs and goals.
- Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records.
- Work collaboratively with other health professionals within the team.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest psychological research, treatment approaches, and ethical practices.
- Provide support and consultation to clients, families, and organizations as needed.
Qualifications:
- A Master's degree in Psychology or Clinical Psychology is required.
- Current registration with the APRA.
- Proven experience in providing therapy, assessments, and clinical intervention.
- Knowledge and proficiency in a variety of therapeutic modalities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in working with diverse populations is an asset.
