About the Role:
The organisation we are representing is looking for a Regional Manager based in Wollongong with hybrid working options available. The role will oversee direct line management and service delivery across a range of programs.
Key duties: Lead geographic service delivery which could include Suicide Prevention, Mental Health and Housing and Homelessness services
- Manage and leverage relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally
- Ensure program and project deliverables are in line with relevant contracts and expectations
- Provide line management supervision and support to staff
- Identify opportunities within the organisations strategic plan and business transformation objectives
Skills & Experience:
- Experience in driving clinical innovation, governance and policy
- Relevant Tertiary qualification (Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Nursing or Allied Health)
- Excellent stakeholder management and partnership skills
- Working knowledge and understanding of State and Federal Government policies, acts and legislation
- Hold a current 'C' class driver licence
You will also have or be willing to undergo a relevant state Working with Children Check and a Police Check.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Hold full registration with AHPRA or AASW membership
- Excellent communications skills and ability to build rapport
