We're on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Program Manager to lead day-to-day operations at a Cairns-based Temporary Supported Accommodation service. You'll drive meaningful client outcomes, guide a team and oversee the delivery of holistic case management for people with complex needs.

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead and coordinate the delivery of short-term accommodation and wraparound supports

  • Provide expert supervision to case managers and frontline staff

  • Oversee service planning, client intake, case review, and risk management

  • Ensure compliance with program funding, reporting, and legislative requirements

  • Engage with community partners to strengthen support pathways

  • Drive a strengths-based, trauma-informed approach across the service

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

  • A tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology or related discipline

  • 5+ years' experience in complex case management and client service delivery

  • Proven team leadership and program coordination capabilities

  • Sound understanding of risk, compliance, funding guidelines, and reporting

  • Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills

  • A current C Class driver's licence and willingness to undertake on-call duties (if preferred)
