We're looking for compassionate, enthusiastic, qualified Personal Carers to work on a casual basis in our Aged Care facilities in the following locations :
Chermside
Geebung
Bray Park
Sinnamon Park .

You will work as part of a team to provide personal care in a neighborhood community like environment for residents. As a Personal Carer you will complete activities that include:
Assist residents to attain and maintain their optimum degree of independence, dignity, privacy and quality of life.
Ensure accurate and timely reporting of information about resident care and wellbeing through appropriate channels to the Registered/ Clinical Nurse or Facility Manager
Take a proactive approach to the health and safety of residents, staff and visitors and share ideas for improvement
Providing care in accordance with Clients Care Plan
We offer morning , afternoon and night shifts
