What You'll Do:

  • Coordinate daily operations, procurement, and parts management.
  • Deliver exceptional service by assisting customers and resolving inquiries promptly.
  • Maintain supplier relationships and monitor inventory to ensure smooth operations.
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts, taking ownership for challenges and successes.

About you:

  • Maintain a cheerful and professional attitude at all times.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English.
  • Confident in using IT systems and Microsoft programs.
  • Knowledge of business accounting systems and procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills to work effectively with team members, suppliers, and customers.
  • Ideally, two years of industry experience.
  • Familiarity with the ServiceM8 program is a bonus but not essential.
