What You'll Do:
- Coordinate daily operations, procurement, and parts management.
- Deliver exceptional service by assisting customers and resolving inquiries promptly.
- Maintain supplier relationships and monitor inventory to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage a portfolio of accounts, taking ownership for challenges and successes.
About you:
- Maintain a cheerful and professional attitude at all times.
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
- Confident in using IT systems and Microsoft programs.
- Knowledge of business accounting systems and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with team members, suppliers, and customers.
- Ideally, two years of industry experience.
- Familiarity with the ServiceM8 program is a bonus but not essential.
