(with occasional travel)

As our Clinical Manager, you'll lead a high-performing team managing the end-to-end intake and assessment process for new and existing participants seeking Disability Supports. Your clinical expertise will guide complex care decisions, ensuring gold-standard care aligned with NDIS Quality Standards.

Working collaboratively with Senior Leadership, you'll champion clinical governance, continuous improvement, and best practice - supporting individuals to thrive in their homes and communities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all clinical intake and assessments for participants across the organisations services

  • Oversee clinical governance and quality assurance initiatives

  • Provide strong leadership and mentoring to a multidisciplinary team

  • Manage complex cases with confidence, compassion, and emotional intelligence

  • Foster positive relationships with participants, families, and key stakeholders

  • Drive continuous improvement aligned with NDIS standards

  • Collaborate across support functions to ensure seamless participant care


What You Bring

✔ Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
✔ Experience in NDIS, disability, or community health services
✔ Strong clinical leadership background (senior/management level)
✔ Knowledge of NDIS Quality Safeguards Framework (or a willingness to learn)
✔ Excellent communication and people management skills
✔ Problem-solving mindset with emotional intelligence
✔ Current Driver's Licence and willingness to travel
