About the Role

As part of the Clinical Operations Division, you'll be responsible for:

  • Planning, delivering, and evaluating high-quality nursing care in consultation with multidisciplinary teams, patients, and their carers.
  • Providing customer-focused care in collaboration with an expert team of psychiatrists, medical officers, nursing staff, occupational therapists, and social workers.
  • Supporting patient recovery through the use of innovative care models like Safewards, focusing on identifying triggers, coping strategies, and managing their mental health conditions.
  • Offering mentorship to less experienced nurses and students, while also conducting mental, social, and physical assessments to create individualized treatment and recovery plans.

Qualifications and Skills:

We're seeking individuals with:

  • A postgraduate diploma (or working towards one) in mental health or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the Mental Health and Wellbeing Act 2022 and its clinical applications.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
