$78,801- $116,894 p.a. (Depending on experience) + 11.5% superannuation

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Maths/Science Teacher to join a vibrant and dynamic team at an all-girls secondary school. This part-time (0.7), fixed-term position will begin in Term 1, 2025, and will involve teaching students in Years 7-10. In this role, you will deliver high-quality, engaging lessons that foster a love for Maths and/or Science and help students develop essential skills for their academic growth.
Key Duties:
- Deliver well-structured and engaging Maths and/or Science lessons that meet curriculum standards for Years 7-10.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages active participation and critical thinking.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative and effective teaching strategies.
- Use assessment data and feedback to monitor student progress and provide targeted support where necessary.
- Actively participate in the school community and contribute to a supportive educational environment.
- Inspire students to explore and excel in STEM subjects, promoting academic curiosity and discovery.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelors of Education/Masters of Teaching or equivalent
- VIT Registration
- Right to work in Australia
- Commitment to child safety and professional development.

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Enthusiasm for creating an inclusive, engaging, and challenging learning experience for students.
