Job Description
We're seeking a LOCUM Operations Coordinator to project manage and coordinate the activities of up to 40 tradespeople during a significant renovation project. This is a vital role requiring strong organisational skills, adaptability, and effective communication to ensure the smooth execution of day-to-day operations.
Location: Brisbane
Employment Type: Locum, Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm
Pay Rate: $53.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
1. Escort and Liaise with Onsite Contractors- Accompany contractors onsite to ensure they adhere to project guidelines and timelines.
- Serve as the point of contact for contractors, addressing queries and resolving onsite issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and organisational protocols.
- Maintain consistent communication to align schedules and prevent delays.
- Ensure clear documentation to avoid task duplication.
- Provide regular updates on progress and potential risks.
- Assist with front-desk responsibilities and client needs.
- Facilitate effective communication between contractors, managers, and stakeholders.
- Seamlessly transition between project coordination and reception tasks.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in operational coordination or contractor management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling tools
- Exceptional time management and problem-solving abilities.
- Current Police Check, and Australian Driver's Licence.
