Case Manager - Housing and Homelessness
- Provide person-centred, strengths-based support to young people and their families.
- Help youth develop life skills, engage in education or employment, and build positive relationships.
- Facilitate access to support networks and services to improve well-being.
- Collaborate with local stakeholders and maintain compliance with program goals.
About You:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, or a related field.
- Experience working with at-risk youth, vulnerable populations with complex needs.
- Skilled in case management, advocacy, and holistic service delivery.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Blue Card, current driver's licence, and relevant probity checks are required.
Full time hours in a casual position, with view to permanent employment.
