We're seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to play a pivotal role in building a positive, engaged, and compliant workplace culture, in a values based, young, dynamic, for-profit Disability services organisation. Full time (38 hours) or 4 days (30 hours) per week, permanent role.
What You'll Be Doing:
Lead and innovate our HR strategy, policies, and processes
Champion employee engagement, development, and succession planning
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding - making the candidate experience smooth and efficient
Coach and advise managers on performance management, conflict resolution, and employee relations
Stay ahead of industry best practices, ensuring we remain compliant and competitive
Oversee HR compliance, manage audits, and keep us ready for anything
Handle workplace investigations, mediation, disciplinary, and termination processes with professionalism
Partner with finance on payroll support and workforce planning
Maintain HR records and systems with accuracy and attention to detail
What We're Looking For:
An HR qualification or significant experience in a similar role
Knowledge of industrial relations, employment law, and WHS regulations
Strong experience in Microsoft Office Suite
A proactive and highly organised approach - you're known for your attention to detail
A people-person with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball
Familiarity of NDIS frameworks and Safeguards Commission requirements
