The organisation we are representing is looking for a HR Manager, based in the Western suburbs of Melbourne. The role will support the organisation with day to day HR operations, coaching and upskilling of current managers in HR matters as well as employee relations and industrial relations.

About the Role:
The organisation we are representing is looking for a HR Manager, based in the Western suburbs of Melbourne. The role will support the organisation with day to day HR operations, coaching and upskilling of current managers in HR matters as well as employee relations and industrial relations.
Key duties:
- Provide guidance, coaching and support to managers on all aspects of HR.
- Lead negotiations for enterprise agreements.
- Work closely with the organisation on all aspects of employee relations
- Manage current team, implementing best practice and continuous improvement
Skills & Experience:
- A tertiary qualification in HR discipline.
- Experience in managing a HR team/function
- Ability to develop exceptional relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Extensive experience dealing with enterprise agreement negotiations
You will also have or be willing to undergo a Working with Children Check and a Police Check.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience running and supporting staff with internal training and development
- Understanding and experience working with the SCHADS award
- Excellent written and verbal communication, and problem-solving skills
