Job Description
About the role:
Tradewind is currently seeking an enthusiastic Spanish teacher who is qualified teach Stage 4 to 6 Spanish to join a dynamic and dedicated team in the inner city of Sydney.
Key Duties:
- Have a clear passion for Spanish language and want to inspire students
- Design and implement engaging and effective Spanish curriculum for Stage 4 to 6 students.
- Foster a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages student participation and success.
- Regularly assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their academic development.
- Work in a large faculty of dynamic, growth-oriented and high performing languages teachers
- Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and stay updated with the latest educational practices.
Skills & Experience:
- Secondary teacher qualification, with Spanish as method
- Experience highly regarded
- Ability to differentiate instruction for diverse learning needs.
- Hold a valid and up to date NESA registration
- Hold a valid Working with Children Check
- Have unrestricted working rights in Australia
- Ability to provide contact details for two education-based references
Offering:
- Part time 0.6
- 12-month contract
- Stage 4-6 French
- Offering of salary based on your proven experience, with a range of $88,000-$125,000
