- Generous Compensation: Earn between $85,000 to $95,000 per year, plus salary packaging and superannuation.

- Relocation Assistance: We provide relocation help, including 2+ weeks of accommodation and travel support.
- Visa Sponsorship: Available for eligible applicants after a 6-month probation period.
๐ ๏ธ Your Key Responsibilities:
- Support Women & Children: Provide crisis response, advocacy, referrals, long-term case management, and group work for those at risk of violence.
- Ensure Safety: Conduct risk assessments and safety planning with women experiencing violence.
- Community Outreach: Engage in remote outreach via bush trips at least once a month.
- Collaborate for Change: Work with the Community Development team to strengthen community capacity to end violence.
- Foster Communication: Promote effective and respectful communication within a supportive and reflective learning culture.
๐ Skills & Experience You Bring:
- Qualifications: A tertiary or diploma qualification in Social Work, Community Services, or a related field.
- Relevant Experience: Demonstrated experience working with women and families at risk of domestic and family violence, including risk assessment and safety planning.
- Cultural Competence: An understanding of trauma-informed, holistic, and relational approaches to domestic violence service delivery, especially in Aboriginal Australian cultural contexts.
- Cross-Cultural Skills: Strong intrapersonal and interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts.
- Flexibility: A current driver's licence and the ability to travel for regular bush trips.
- Compliance: Willingness to undergo a Working with Children Check and a Police Check
