THE ROLE
As the Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative and strategic support to the CEO and leadership team. This is an opportunity to play a pivotal role in an organisation making a significant impact. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing calendars, meetings, and correspondence for the CEO
- Coordinating board and leadership team meetings, including preparing agendas and minutes
- Supporting project management, reporting, and stakeholder engagement
- Handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Acting as a key liaison between internal and external stakeholders
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
To be successful in this role, you must identify as Aboriginal and have a strong understanding of cultural safety and community needs. You will also bring:
- Experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar senior administrative role
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential matters
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital communication tools
