THE ROLE

As the Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative and strategic support to the CEO and leadership team. This is an opportunity to play a pivotal role in an organisation making a significant impact. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing calendars, meetings, and correspondence for the CEO
  • Coordinating board and leadership team meetings, including preparing agendas and minutes
  • Supporting project management, reporting, and stakeholder engagement
  • Handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Acting as a key liaison between internal and external stakeholders


SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

To be successful in this role, you must identify as Aboriginal and have a strong understanding of cultural safety and community needs. You will also bring:

  • Experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar senior administrative role
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential matters
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital communication tools
