Executive Assistant
Job Summary
Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, manage communications, coordinate meetings, and ensure efficient workflow within the executive office.
Key Duties
- Manage CEO's calendar, correspondence, and travel logistics while maintaining confidentiality.
- Coordinate executive meetings, board administration, and governance processes.
- Assist with projects, reports, and stakeholder communications to support strategic initiatives.

Skills and Experience
Essential
- Minimum of 3 years experience in an executive assistant/administrative role supporting senior management.
- Strong organisational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication, note taking and report-writing abilities.
- Previous experience working in a not for profit organisation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, and SharePoint, with the ability to learn new systems.
Desirable
- Understanding of cultural connections for Aboriginal children, young people, and families.
- Excellent stakeholder relationship skills both internally and externally.
- NSW Driver's Licence and ability to travel as required.
