Job Description
About the role:
- Plan and implement a range of teaching programs or courses of study
- Monitor, evaluate and report student progress in key learning areas
- Implement strategies to achieve Secondary English targets related to student learning outcomes
- Implement effective student management consistent with the school's strategic plan
- Supervising a range of student activities including support and welfare programs
About You:
- Solid experience working within a school environment as an English classroom teacher
- High level of attention to detail and empathy when dealing with students to aid in their ongoing development
- An agile response overall to your teaching will be an advantage
- Passionate about promoting safety and well being within the school environment
- Strong organisational skills with a key focus on strategically developing the students
- Current VIT Registration required
