The Role

As a Domestic Student Recruitment Officer, you will be responsible for:

  • Building and maintaining relationships with High School Career Advisors, Senior School Coordinators, industry leaders, and employment service providers.
  • Developing and implementing effective market strategies to increase domestic student enrolments and grow our client's market share.
  • Representing the organisation at education fairs and career expos, both locally and interstate.
  • Continuously achieving year-on-year growth in student enrolment pipelines.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a sales environment, with a proven track record of success.
  • A qualification in Sales or Marketing, and demonstrated achievements in sales within or outside the education sector.
  • Exceptional communication and time management skills, coupled with a strong customer service focus.
  • A high level of initiative and innovation, with the ability to thrive in a challenging, rewarding environment.
  • A passion for the higher education sector and a commitment to providing an outstanding student experience.
  • The ability to act ethically and professionally, adhering to organisational processes and policies.

Additionally, you will:

  • Be a dynamic and strategic thinker with a focus on business development and sales growth.
  • Understand the characteristics of the Australian education system and market.
  • Hold or be eligible to obtain a Working with Children Check.
  • Be flexible to work at education expos, if required.

What's On Offer

  • A supportive and professional workplace with all necessary resources provided.
  • The chance to contribute to the growth of a respected educational institution.
  • Opportunities to network and collaborate with industry leaders.

Performance Metrics

Your performance will primarily be measured by achieving annual sales targets and recruitment growth goals.
