Daily Organiser & Timetabler

Salary - $85k + Super

About the Role:

The organisation we are representing is looking for a Daily Organiser & Timetabler who will assist with daily organiser responsibilities, payroll and timetable responsibilities. The role is a permanent full time opportunity, with an ideal start before the end of Term 4.

Key duties:

  • Recording and reporting staff leave to payroll
  • Construct, maintain and publish the timetable
  • Manage staff and class covers and distributing timetable and rosters
  • General administrative duties and support where required

Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in a similar role based in a school
  • Understanding of Edval and Edumate software
  • Ability to work 6:30-2pm during school terms

You will also have or be willing to undergo a Working with Children Check and a Police Check.
