Job Description
Provide compassionate, end-to-end case management for individuals and families facing homelessness or at risk of losing their home.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full client journey from intake to exit with empathy and professionalism
- Deliver holistic case management, advocacy, and referral services using Specialist Homelessness databases
- Provide practical support to clients facing complex challenges
- Work closely with community stakeholders to secure safe and sustainable accommodation for clients
- Empower clients to build the skills needed to sustain current and future tenancies
What You'll Bring:
✔ Minimum of Cert III in Community Services (or related field)
✔ Experience in the homelessness or community services sector
✔ Knowledge of legislation and best practices relating to homelessness support
✔ Case management and advocacy skills
✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
✔ Excellent time management, interpersonal, and communication skills
✔ Respectful, compassionate approach to supporting individuals facing hardship
✔ Ability to uphold client confidentiality and professional boundaries
Blue Card, Police check and Australian drivers licence required
