We're hiring two passionate Connection & Development Coaches to support individuals experiencing homelessness in their journey toward safe and sustainable housing. In these roles, you will provide person-centred coaching, skill-building, and tailored support to help people overcome barriers, access essential services, and develop pathways to independence.
Location: Fortitude Valley, Brisbane
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: SCHADS Award Level 4 + super + salary packaging

Requirements & Experience:
- Tertiary qualification (human services, social work, behavioural science, or related field) or relevant experience.
- Experience working with individuals experiencing homelessness, mental health challenges, and complex needs.
- Strong knowledge of Queensland's housing and community services sector.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and engage with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Understanding of intergenerational trauma and the social determinants of homelessness.
- Current Queensland Driver's Licence, Blue Card (Working with Children Check), and National Police Check.
