What You'll Need to Succeed
- Registered Nurse (Mental Health), Psychologist, Occupational Therapist, or Social Worker with relevant accreditation (AHPRA or AASW).
- Clinical leadership experience in a mental health setting.
- Strong ability to oversee multidisciplinary teams and provide high-quality, recovery-focused care.
- Understanding of the Mental Health Act and experience in crisis intervention and risk assessment.
