As a Casual Early Childhood/Kindergarten Teacher, you'll be:

• Creating engaging, play-based learning environments
  
• Contributing to the development of EYLF-aligned programs
  
• Building warm relationships with children, families & teams
  
• Ensuring a safe, inclusive, and nurturing setting
  
• Monitoring developmental milestones and maintaining records
  

Skills & Experience:

• ACECQA-recognised Early Childhood Teaching qualification
  
• Current VIT registration for Early Childhood
  
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis training (or willingness to obtain)
  
• Mandatory Reporting & Food Safety certificates (or willingness to obtain)
  
• Valid Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
  
• Previous ECT experience
  

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Deep passion for early childhood development
  
• Strong knowledge of EYLF and Child Safety Standards
  
• Excellent communication & team collaboration skills
  
• Proactive, flexible, and enthusiastic approach
