About the Role:
We are recruiting for Casual Early Childhood Educators and Assistant Educators for a number of Early Learning Centres around Preston and the surrounding suburbs.
If you are a qualified Early Childhood Educator, with either a Cert III/ Diploma in Early Childhood or VIT registered Early Childhood/Kinder Teacher we'd love to hear from you!
As a Casual Early Childhood Educator with Tradewind Australia you will play a pivotal role in providing top-notch care and education to young people. This role is all about flexibility, giving you the chance to work on your own terms while still making a real difference in the lives of children.
Key duties:
- Engage with children in meaningful play-based learning activities.
- Implement and contribute to the development of educational programs that are aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework.
- Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children in your care.
- Maintain accurate records of children's development and learning experiences.
Skills & Experience:
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
- VIT (Victorian Institute of Teaching) registration for Early Childhood Teachers (ECTs).
- Valid Working with Children Check (WWCC).
- First Aid, CPR, and Anaphylaxis training (or willingness to obtain).
- Previous experience working in a childcare setting preferred.
