THE ROLE
Opportunity for a qualified Exercise Physiologist, Physiotherapist or Registered Nurse with strong Allied Health team experience.
Prior team leadership experience would be desireable for this role as you will be looking after a team of 5-6 Allied Health staff.
- Oversee and manage allied health programs focused on individual client goals and care.
- Lead, mentor, and support a multidisciplinary team across various service locations.
- Implement program standards that meet compliance and best practice guidelines.
- Coordinate efficient service delivery in alignment with the organisation's mission.
- Ensure budget targets are met while optimising resource use.
- Promote community engagement and client satisfaction through active service evaluation.
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
- Tertiary qualification in Allied Health or a related field.
- Proven experience in operational management within health or aged care.
- Strong understanding of aged care standards and compliance requirements.
- Demonstrated success in achieving program KPIs and managing budgets.
- Skilled in leading, motivating, and developing team members.
- Ability to identify growth opportunities and enhance service outcomes.
