What do you do at Tradewind?

Essentially, my role entails supporting Early Learning Centres and Educators in finding each other. I get to liaise with Early Learning Centres regarding their recruitment needs, and I get to support lots of wonderful educators to find their next role, whether that's casual, contract or permanent work.

Which of Tradewind's Core Values resonates with you the most and why?

Investing in relationships is a key one for me, because I love connecting with people, getting to know them and helping them to reach their potential. This goes for our schools, staff and also my awesome colleagues too. We are lucky to work with an incredible team of people who go above and beyond everyday and truly care about what we do.

What’s your favourite thing about working at Tradewind?

The people, hands down that make Tradewind what it is.

What is an interesting fact about you?

I've run a half marathon and walked a full marathon - they were both incredibly long!

What are your favourite hobbies / passions outside of work?

I am a crafter and when I'm not chasing my two young boys about the place I like to make soy candles and jewellery. I also love cooking and baking new recipes.
