What do you do at Tradewind?

As a Senior Compliance Consultant, I am responsible for supporting candidates through each stage of their registration process. I am in constant contact with candidates to make sure we have all the documents required for the relevant role. I am also responsible for ensuring we have up-to-date documents for all candidates and that they are compliant and ready to work.

Which of Tradewind's Core Values resonates with you the most and why?

Serve As You Wish To Be Served is a value that I hold so close to my work - I always think how I would want to be treated before I handle any conversation or situation with a candidate in order to really understand the candidate and help them out with the best service.

What’s your favourite thing about working at Tradewind?

The people - everyone is friendly, supportive and helpful and I cant think of a better bunch to work with.

What are your favourite hobbies / passions outside of work?

I love to travel and explore new places and cuisines!
