Early Learning Recruitment Manager

Having joined the Tradewind team in 2021, I initially worked with the Business Development team, liaising with schools to help supply Casual Relief Teachers and Education Support Officers in metro Melbourne. Progressing to an Education Team Leader role, I lead a team of recruitment consultants to ensure we delivered a great experience to our clients and candidates.

I'm now the Recruitment Manager of our Early Learning Centre department – which involves building the candidate pool of ACEQCA recognized educators in supporting Early Learning Centres across Victoria for permanent and casual staff.

My background includes leading and working in online start-ups to helping manage small to medium business operations in the franchise business space.
