Where are you from?

I was born in New Zealand and moved to Australia at 9 years old.

What's your past work experience?

I started my "office life" in the finance industry, working in Accounting, Financial Planning and Stockbroking firms. I've also had experience in Law firms and Corporate Compliance. I found my way into Educational Recruitment in 2014 and haven't looked back!

Tell us about yourself...

In my free time, you'll find me at the beach with my dog, Monty and catching up with friends and family. I'm the "fun Aunty" to 8 nieces and nephews, and I love to spoil them as much as I can with days out, adventuring. I'm a big fan of live music, theatre, stand-up comedy and musicals. I enjoy a good book, mostly crime thrillers and don't mind the odd puzzle and board-game nights.

A couple of interesting facts about me; I have been a contestant on a reality dating tv show (twice!) and I lived in Canada for 2 years and LOVE winter.

What's the best piece of advice you've ever been given?

Worrying is like a rocking chair; it'll give you something to do, but you won't get anywhere.

I think I'd have to give stand-up comedy a crack. It'd be mostly embarrassing stories of myself ending up in awkward situations and how I fumbled my way out of them.
